Let's manage a class after setup. We'll start on the Classes page.
Open the class actions menu and choose Edit class. Here you can update the course code, title, term, and color.
We'll update the title to Spanish Conversation Workshop, then save the changes.
Open the class actions again and choose Add section. Manage Sections shows the sections already in this class.
Enter a new section code and click Add. We'll add section 002. The workspace switches to the new section.
Open the section selector and choose the section you want to manage. We'll use section 001. Open People to see its roster.
To add a teaching colleague, click Add People and select Instructors. Enter their email address, then click Add Instructors. Your colleague receives full editing access.
Your colleague appears in the roster as an instructor. To find someone quickly, use Search people.
If someone should leave this section, open their row menu and choose Remove from section. Their account and history are preserved. Confirm with Remove.
The person is removed from this section. Return to Classes for the final step.
At the end of a course, choose Archive class. Archiving hides the class from active views while keeping enrollments and data. Confirm with Archive.
The class is now under Archived. Its actions menu includes Restore class if you need it again. Those are the main controls for maintaining your class.
